The National Title I Conference just concluded with a bang!  The conference featured several sessions on arts integration including a big one on DREAM.  At the conference, Dr. Monique Chism, Director for the Student Achievement and School Accountability (SASA) program in the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department of Education, Washington D.C.) made it very clear that not only could districts use Title I funding for arts integration and PD for teachers, they should use it!

Here is a link to the DREAM presentation from the conference  including handouts and a powerpoint. And thanks so much to Brenda Hall, the glue behind DREAM and our biggest cheerleader!
